What You’ll Do Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplant and hematology treatments Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS) Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff in a multidisciplinary team Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and charting What You Need Required: Missouri state licensure as an APRN Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology or related specialty BLS certification 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant advanced practice provider experience Preferred: ACLS certification Experience with inpatient hematology and cellular therapy procedures About the Assignment This opportunity is based at a prominent academic hospital specializing in bone marrow transplant, hematology, and cellular therapy. The NP will provide inpatient coverage on rotating schedules, supporting critical care needs for adult patients undergoing complex treatments. The unit emphasizes patient-centered care, education, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
