(Integrity) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. This role supports corporate branding, internal and external communications, social media, and outreach initiatives that reflect Integrity’s mission of delivering innovative engineering solutions for defense and space customers. As part of the growth team, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Chief People and Brand Officer to ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and storytelling across all communication channels. The position will provide marketing and communications support to all Integrity divisions, including Government, Commercial, and Corporate operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice and visual presence of a respected leader in military and space communications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand management (experience in defense, aerospace, or technology). Active DoD Secret Security Clearance preferred but not required. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to translate complex technical content into clear, compelling messaging. Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional social media strategy. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates Integrity’s values of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree or additional certifications relevant to the role. Familiarity with defense or aerospace industry communications and understanding of technical audiences. Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms for web content management. Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, JAMIS). Experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, or trade shows. Comfort with photography and video editing tools. Experience supporting internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. Understanding of DoD public release and OPSEC guidelines for external communications. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, HR, and leadership to achieve organizational communication goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development and execution of corporate branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with Integrity’s visual and messaging standards. Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, and presentations for both internal and external use. Manage Integrity’s social media presence (LinkedIn and other channels) by planning, creating, and scheduling engaging, professional content that highlights company achievements, culture, and thought leadership. Assist in the development of the Integrity Insider newsletter, event communications, and other internal storytelling efforts that foster employee engagement and corporate culture. Coordinate photography, video, and media assets to support events, recruitment, and brand campaigns. Support the maintenance of the Integrity website to ensure content reflects current capabilities, milestones, and announcements. Track and report engagement metrics across communication channels to help refine strategy and optimize performance. Support trade shows, conferences, and community engagement events, coordinating materials, displays, and digital campaigns as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide marketing and communications support to Federal, Commercial, and Corporate divisions. Uphold the Integrity brand voice and standards across all external communications, ensuring professional consistency and quality. Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the organization. SKILLS

Salary:
