We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our life insurance product line. The role is focused on building client relationships, assessing needs, and presenting tailored life insurance solutions. The position offers independence, field-based client meetings, and the opportunity to meet sales targets in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailored to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, with regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. Compliance: Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
