Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility standards Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Valid and current LVN license in the state Prior experience in senior care or long-term care preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various scheduled shifts; PRN position with potential to lead into full-time status Basic knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records At Stonewall Living Center, we foster a warm, welcoming environment where our staff can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.
