Regional Reimbursement Director, Neuroscience, Southwest

Ipsen seeks a Regional Reimbursement Director to manage reimbursement strategy for neuroscience products across the Southwest (California, Arizona, Hawaii). This field-based role involves supporting healthcare providers with payer policies, coding, coverage decisions, and patient access initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and Medicare Administrative Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide reimbursement support to healthcare providers on coverage, coding, and payment policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors in the region
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and market access teams to identify and address access barriers
• Monitor payer coverage policies and competitive reimbursement landscape for neurology products
• Support new product launch readiness through regional reimbursement analysis and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Expertise in healthcare reimbursement, payer policies, and coding systems
• Experience managing relationships with payers and Medicare Administrative Contractors
• Knowledge of neurology or specialty pharmaceutical products and treatment landscape
• Ability to translate complex payer policies into actionable provider guidance
• Field-based availability with residency near major airport in Southwest region
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
