International Tax Manager, Lead Tax Services

Job Description Crowe is growing its global tax footprint and is seeking a dynamic International Tax Manager to join our expanding Lead Tax Services group. In this key leadership role, you will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative tax team responsible for delivering comprehensive international tax solutions to a diverse client base. Responsibilities Lead engagements involving international tax planning, compliance, and consulting, including coordination of services with international member firms. Research complex cross‑border tax issues and identify planning opportunities. Oversee the preparation and review of international tax forms and disclosures. Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring delivery of high‑quality client service in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Develop and present tax planning strategies for multinational corporations to client executives. Facilitate the implementation of International Tax projects, leading them from inception to completion. Collaborate with other tax delivery units and Crowe Global to provide an exceptional client experience. Develop a high‑performing team of professionals with expertise in international taxation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation or LLM preferred. CPA or JD required. 5+ years of previous public accounting tax experience. Strong federal tax background, including consolidated C corporation, partnership, S corporation, FAS 109, FIN 48, and basic understanding of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Solid international tax skills, including experience with inbound and outbound foreign investment, IC‑DISC, transfer pricing, foreign tax credit calculations, subpart F issues, and all international reporting and compliance matters. Strong organizational and management skills. Compensation The wage range for this role is $102,500.00 - $209,400.00 per year, inclusive of factors such as skill set, experience, and certification.
