Overview Special Situations Specialist — Location: New York, NY; Employment Type: Full-Time; Estimated Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer). Position Overview The Special Situations Specialist supports investment teams in the analysis, execution, and monitoring of complex and opportunistic investment situations. This role blends financial analysis, transaction support, and operational oversight to facilitate investments in distressed or unique opportunities. The position involves close collaboration with portfolio managers, deal teams, risk management, and operations to ensure accurate execution, monitoring, and reporting of special situations investments.
