Account Executive
$75K Base + Commission | Full-time | Eugene, OR
- You are not starting cold. We have 10 years of customer data and dormant accounts ready to be developed.
- No territory ceiling. Develop a client with locations in multiple states — you own that relationship.
- The back end is supported. Our inside team handles estimating and scoping so you can focus on selling.
- The base never steps down. Your $75K base stays flat as your commission accelerates on top of it.
- Base: $75,000 — flat through all stages
- Commission from month one
- Year one realistic total comp: $95,000–$100,000
- Year two target: $115,000+
- Year three and beyond: $150,000+
- Uncapped upside
- 50% employer-paid health insurance
- PTO, 7 paid holidays, profit-sharing 401K, mileage reimbursement
- Drive daily outbound: calls, walk-ins, referrals, and targeted prospecting
- Prospect into contractors, healthcare, hospitality, education, property management, and multi-location businesses
- Conduct discovery meetings and build recurring accounts
- Own relationships from first contact through close and every reorder
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in our CRM
No sign industry experience required — we train on product. What we cannot train is drive, follow-through, and comfort with daily outbound. Ideal backgrounds: uniform/facility services, telecom, payroll or office technology, promotional products, building materials, or property services. You should be able to describe your prospecting process in detail, point to quota attainment or rankings, and believe your daily activity should directly affect your income. Ready to Apply?
