Food Services DirectorFull-timeDay shiftServSafe certification required1yr experience requiredAt Complete Care we approach every day with one goal: To improve the lives we touch through high-quality healthcare and extraordinary compassion.Qualifications & Responsibilities:High School diploma or equivalentCertified Dietary Manager Certification or willing to become certified2+ years of experience in food service managementLong term care dietary management experience preferredInspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitarySubmits written reports to the administration as necessaryPlans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulationsResponsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of mealsDirects and supervises all dietary functions and personnelHires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary employeesAbility to work independently or part of a groupComputer knowledgeSchedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full-timeDaily Pay OptionHealth, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employeesOpportunities for advancementComplete Care is an equal opportunity employer.
