This opportunity is ideally suited to a mid-level litigator with 2–6 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation who is ready to take ownership of a meaningful caseload and continue developing within a high-performing but genuinely collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work across a broad mix of catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, and complex defense matters representing insurers, energy companies, national retailers, logistics providers, and Fortune 500 organizations. This is not a heavily layered environment where associates are buried beneath hierarchy. The firm is looking for someone who can confidently manage files, think strategically, operate independently, and contribute as a valued part of the wider litigation team. Key responsibilities include: Managing a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution Conducting and defending fact, expert, and corporate representative depositions throughout Texas Drafting and arguing motions, handling written discovery, and preparing strategic litigation filings Appearing in Texas state and federal courts for hearings and related proceedings Working closely with dedicated paralegal support to deliver efficient and effective case strategy Managing deadlines, billing, and carrier reporting requirements with professionalism and discipline The ideal candidate will bring: 2–6 years of litigation experience within insurance defense or personal injury law Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience Experience handling high-exposure matters involving $1M+ policy limits The ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and commercially aware Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and litigation discipline What stands out about this opportunity is the culture.
