As the firm continues to expand its thriving commercial and personal injury defense litigation practice, it is seeking talented attorneys at all levels—including Associates, Equity, and Non-Equity Members—to join its growing Texas team.

What You'll Do

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution options.
• Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers on significant cases throughout Texas and across the country.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar (or eligible for admission).
• Experience in commercial litigation, personal injury defense litigation, or other complex civil litigation matters.
• Trial, deposition, and courtroom experience preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters while working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong business judgment and client service orientation.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Law Review experience
• Judicial clerkship experience
• Distinguished academic achievement and class ranking
• Demonstrated leadership and client development skills
