Overview We are looking for passionate BCBAs to join our team in Arizona and help advance our mission of providing individualized supports through home, telehealth and clinic-based treatment. Location & Setting Mesa clinic or Avondale clinic, with opportunities for home‑based and some remote support, or a 100 % home‑based caseload. Responsibilities The BCBA position involves: Serving a caseload of individual clients Supervising assistant specialists and behavior technicians Providing training to parents and direct care staff Participating in collaborative projects, case reviews and research analysis Using both in‑person and telehealth service delivery models Candidate Requirements Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis treatment settings (autism services preferred) Experience providing clinical oversight to others Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state) Reliable transportation and proof of insurance, registration, a valid driver’s license and compliance with all hiring requirements Arizona‑based or in the relocation process Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 DOE, plus paid travel expenses.
