Stand-Up Forklift Operator ($18/hour)This role focuses on accurately picking and fulfilling orders in a global distribution center while safely operating stand-up forklifts. You will work with industrial equipment, follow pick tickets, and handle both full and partial pallet orders to support efficient warehouse operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate a stand-up Raymond forklift, to move, load, and unload pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.Fulfill customer and internal orders by pulling items from pick tickets with a high level of accuracy.Perform simple math to verify quantities and ensure the correct number of items are picked for each order.Handle both full pallets and partial pallets depending on order requirements.Use RF and Honeywell scan guns to locate, identify, and track inventory and orders when needed.Employees benefit from competitive pay progression with raises upon going direct, comprehensive benefits, and clear opportunities for advancement, including growth into more specialized forklift roles. Available schedules include early morning and extended shifts, such as 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Thursday or Thursday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. plus 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, with the potential for an additional four-hour shift as needed.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
