The Bridge Group is looking for motivated Real Estate Buyer's Agents to join our growing team in Houston.

We invest heavily in lead generation and provide our agents with buyer opportunities, technology, training, coaching, and transaction support so they can spend more time doing what actually produces income: talking to clients, showing homes, writing offers, and closing deals.

This opportunity is ideal for a newer or growing agent who has the drive to succeed but wants more structure, support, and opportunities.

You do not need to have a huge sphere or years of real estate experience.

You DO need to be responsive, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and willing to consistently follow up.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to incoming buyer opportunities
• Contact and follow up with leads consistently
• Conduct buyer consultations and determine client needs
• Educate buyers on the Houston-area real estate market
• Show properties throughout Katy, West Houston, and surrounding areas
• Help buyers understand financing and connect them with lending resources
• Prepare and negotiate offers and purchase agreements
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up in the CRM
• Participate in team training and coaching
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License or currently completing licensing
• Newer agents are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsive and comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
• Coachable and willing to learn our sales process
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable showing properties throughout the Greater Houston area
• Available when buyers need you, including some evenings and weekends
• Driven to turn opportunities into appointments and closings
