SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma, required Minimum two years’ experience in conventional mortgage loan underwriting (Fannie Freddie, Portfolio), required Knowledge of credit and mortgage loan underwriting practices Ability to analyze data to determine creditworthiness of borrower Working knowledge of secondary market guidelines and manual/automated underwriting Familiarity with TRID regulations, preferred Experience working with Microsoft Office application and Calyx processing system, preferred Ability to make underwriting decisions with minimal supervision and in a timely manner, preferred Highly organized and proven ability to work in fast paced environment, required Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards, required Ability to maintain quality control standards, required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required COMPENSATION Possible signing bonus Performance bonuses Unlimited overtime Benefits package includes 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision Paid time off WHY UNION SAVINGS BANK: We have been in business for over 116 years, and we’re still growing Job security!
