NOW HIRING: Experienced Rodbusters (Reinforcing Ironworkers) Bridge & Highway Projects NEEDED Shelby Erectors | Florida Projects | $21-$31.50 per hr We’re looking for skilled rodbusters who can tie and place rebar on major bridge and highway projects. The role requires strong manual skills, safety focus, and teamwork. What You'll Be Doing as a Rodbuster Tying and placing rebar on major bridge and highway projects. Working on footings, columns, decks, barriers, and more. Reading plans and executing with precision. Keeping jobs on track while working safely as a team. What It Takes to be a Robuster Real rebar (rodbusting) experience – no shortcuts. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tough conditions. Comfortable with heights and outdoor work. Reliable transportation. Team-first mindset and strong work ethic. What You Get Working at Shelby Erectors $23 – $31.50 per hour, based on experience. Higher pay with NCCER certification.
