Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a telemetry unit. This role involves managing complex cardiac cases and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through skilled clinical practice.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in Epic.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and abnormal cardiac events.
• Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant telemetry nursing experience.
• Proven proficiency with Epic electronic medical records and charting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmias, and ICU protocols.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
