We’re looking for a seasoned Superintendent with deep experience managing crews and delivering large-scale electrical projects in fast-paced environments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing field operations—ensuring safety, productivity, and quality—while serving as a key liaison between field teams, project managers, and ownership.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity offering excellent benefits, long-term stability, and the chance to contribute to marquee projects nationwide.

What They're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or General Foreman role

  • Proven ability to lead field teams on large-scale commercial or industrial projects (design/build preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and low-voltage systems

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and schedules

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crew management skills

  • Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to meet project milestones

  • Must be able to travel on a full-time basis (17 days on, 14 days off rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence

  • Coordinate daily activities of foremen and crews, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship

  • Collaborate with Project Managers on schedules, change orders, and logistics

  • Conduct safety meetings, enforce compliance with all safety protocols, and maintain clean, organized job sites

  • Interface with clients, GCs, and inspectors in a professional and proactive manner

  • Monitor material deliveries, equipment needs, and productivity

  • Document progress through daily reports and project tracking systems

  • Support closeout and commissioning efforts to ensure successful turnover

Compensation & Perks:

  • Highly competitive base salary

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • Paid vacation + holidays

  • 401(k) with company match

  • 30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years

  • Long-term opportunity with a stable and respected electrical contractor

  • Travel pay and per diem included for national projects
