Key Responsibilities

Ingredient Preparation:

Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to specific recipes and production guidelines. 

Equipment Operation:

Operate industrial-sized mixers and related production machinery, ensuring they are functioning correctly. 

Quality Control:

Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and product consistency to ensure it meets quality standards. 

Sanitation & Safety:

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and procedures. 

Record Keeping:

Document ingredient usage, production processes, and critical control points for traceability and compliance. 

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with other bakery team members to maintain an organized and efficient production workflow. 

Basic Maintenance:

Perform 1st line maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Attention to Detail: Essential for accurately following recipes and maintaining quality. 

Basic Math Skills: Needed for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities. 

Mechanical Aptitude: For operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mixers and other equipment.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
