Manufacturing Associate I – Indianola – 2nd Shift – 2pm - 10:20pm We are currently seeking motivated colleagues to contribute to meaningful work in our local manufacturing plants. This entry‑level position includes exposure to advancing technologies and training for career advancement. Hourly pay is $16.00, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential and up to a 5% yearly bonus. Benefits include up to 120 hours of vacation, 128 hours of holiday time, 40 hours of sick time, full medical/dental/vision coverage, educational assistance, and an annual bonus. Schedule: 2nd Shift runs from 2:00 pm to 10:20 pm, Monday through Friday, as part of a 3‑shift schedule. A day in the life of a Manufacturing Associate includes: Assembling radiology medical products used for CT scan contrast diagnostics. Packaging products thoughtfully to maintain high quality standards. Inspecting and validating manufacturing processes. Cross‑training to enhance skill sets and support the shift team. Collaborating with others to problem‑solve challenges and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Capturing data regarding product quality and traceability. Leading with safety, quality, and customer focus as guiding principles. Who You Are – Required Qualifications Active interest in operating in a team environment, learning daily, and partnering with others to enhance operations through open communication. Comfortable with entry‑level math skills (adding/subtracting) and reading and processing information. Interest in working in a lively environment, operating with good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail. Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus. Computer savvy.
