Salesforce Director

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Director to join our team in Houston, Texas. As the Salesforce Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Salesforce platform to support our growing pediatric services business. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic vision for Salesforce that aligns with the overall business goals of VigorCare Pediatric Services Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including maintenance, upgrades, and user support Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionality to improve business processes and increase efficiency Monitor and analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure the success of the Salesforce platform Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on the performance of the Salesforce platform Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionality Experience managing a team of Salesforce administrators and developers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce to support business operations Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and project management skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for Salesforce and pediatric healthcare, we encourage you to apply for the Salesforce Director position at VigorCare Pediatric Services.
