We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of our applications. This role is crucial for aligning technology with business strategies, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and forward-thinking. You will be at the heart of transforming business requirements into tangible technical solutions, driving continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with overarching business strategies.
• Gather comprehensive requirements from business units and effectively translate them into actionable specifications for programmers and developers.
• Conduct thorough cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform decisions on system implementation and upgrades.
• Leverage your informed knowledge of business functions to proactively resolve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide functional support for one or more highly complex business processes, ensuring seamless operation.
• Contribute as a project team member on multiple projects, often simultaneously, managing diverse tasks and aggressive deadlines.
• Act as a vital liaison between the business community and the IT organization, ensuring technical solutions effectively meet user needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, enabling comprehension of code and fundamental functions.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative business solutions that enhance competitive advantage.
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for problem-solving.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing diverse projects concurrently and meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Adept at solving complex technical problems and understanding intricate details of systems and processes.
• Capacity to increase operating efficiency by producing high-quality technical solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at various systems knowledge levels.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems, conduct thorough research using multiple sources, and develop innovative solutions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• MBA or another related advanced degree.
