ASSISTANT OF PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description Job Description AnBoS Corporation is a company dedicated to the manufacturing of decorative and safety metal products for residential customers. Our products include, but are not limited to, fences, driveway gates, front doors, louvers, trellises, and glass balconies fabricated in aluminum, steel, bronze, and stainless steel. We are currently seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join our growing team. This position will oversee daily production activities and support the coordination and supervision of our talented workforce. The ideal candidate will be capable of implementing strategies to improve production efficiency, product quality, workplace organization, and employee safety standards. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow with the company and contribute to taking AnBoS Corporation to the next level through leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams * Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel * Place production orders from customers * Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: * Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields * Knowledge of production tools and equipment * Strong leadership qualities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Bilingual (Spanish-English) * Blueprint reading.
