We combine the stability of a growing company with the supportive culture of a close-knit team.Job ResponsibilitiesPlumbing System Installation & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairsSystem Inspections & Testing – Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settingsTroubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customersCustomer Interaction – Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomesCode Compliance – Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codesCost Estimates & Service Calls – Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing servicesRecord Keeping – Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accuratelySafety Compliance – Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficientlyCustomer Service – Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approachQualificationsExperience – 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar roleRI or MA Journeyman Plumbing License with field experienceTechnical Expertise – Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixturesService Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plusCommunication Skills – Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectivelyAttention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulationsCustomer-Focused – A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfactionDriver's License – Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordBenefitsMedical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of-pocket expensesDisability & Term Life Insurance – Financial security for you and your loved onesMatching 401(K) Benefits – Competitive retirement savings plan to help secure your futureOngoing Training & Development – Opportunities for continuous growth and skill enhancementPaid Holidays & PTO – Paid time off for holidays and generous paid time off for work-life balanceYear-round work with long-term stabilityBonus and performance incentivesFully stocked company vehicles, gas card, and tools providedCompensation$35 - $45/hr based on experienceLocationBristol, RIAdditional InformationPre-employment background check and drug screening may apply, subject to local laws.
