Job Summary: This position will prepare, supervise, perform and monitor patients during stress tests. Must have ability to evaluate EKG rhythm and respond to emergent situation. Must be a self motivated individual willing to take charge of a growing cardiology stress lab. Qualification include current ACLS, experience with advanced rhythm analysis with a patient centered approach. In addition to Stress testing this position will operate the Coumadin Clinic by evaluating patients labs test and communicating changes to there medications as needed. Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Communicates patients rhythem changes to the ordering Physician.
• Providing education to the patient and family members: Includes ensuring the patient and family members understand the procedure and plan of care before signing procedural consent and providing them with discharge planning/instructions.
• Inserting and removing intravenous lines.
• Administering medications including moderate sedation.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada state Registered Nurse Licensure
• One year experience in IR, Telemetry, Emergency Services or Critical Care required.
• Moderate Sedation experience required.
• Current BLS certification and ACLS certification.
