Receiving Associate FULL TIME Chandler, AZ, US Purpose: We are seeking a Receiving Associate to join our growing team! As the Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of material delivered to VB Cosmetics. Primary Responsibilities: Inspects packing list of delivered material for damage, proper count, and documentation. May reject defective material before accepting from delivery drivers where appropriate. Communicates efficiently regarding variances between purchase orders and actual deliveries. Organizes distribution of materials throughout the facility. Safely operates forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods. Accurately performs various transactions in the Company's ERP system (SYSPRO) and Unipoint (QMS), including receipts and transfers. Take inventory, maintain storage area, organize and place stock on shelves. Ensure the area is clean and secure at all times. Turn in all paperwork, including packing slips from VMI's (Vendor Managed Inventory) to Accounts Payable daily. Comply with cGMP procedures. Perform other tasks or projects assigned by management. 3+ years of prior Production, Receiving, or Inventory Control experience. Forklift experience required. DOT certified for receiving hazardous materials. Must be experienced in safely operating a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment. Capable of bending, lifting, and pushing boxes up to 50 Lbs. Follows all safety procedures, practices, and protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Possesses computer skills and demonstrates the ability to learn specific programs or transactions. Must be able to count accurately and perform basic math calculations. Hard-working, independent multi-tasker who sets the highest professional example in daily duties Must be reliable and detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Must have good attendance. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
