Shipping & Receiving AssociateExpress Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a growing water treatment manufacturing and distribution company in the Mesa area.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pay: $19Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating a sit-down forklift. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipmentsUnload trucks using a sit-down forkliftPull, pack, and stage customer orders for shipmentPrepare shipping documents and labelsAccurately enter inventory transactions into company systemsConduct cycle counts and assist with inventory controlLoad outbound shipments safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse standardsWork closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teamsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of shipping & receiving or warehouse experiencePrevious sit-down forklift experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyBasic computer skills for inventory and shipping systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyDependable attendance and positive work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with inventory management systemsManufacturing or distribution warehouse experienceForklift certification (preferred, not required)Benefits of Working with Express Employment ProfessionalsWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision benefits availableHoliday and vacation pay eligibilityReferral bonusesOpportunity for long-term employment and career growth
