Desktop Support Technician

Top Skills Required

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience
• Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office applications)
• Manufacturing environment IT support experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities
• Pharma or laboratory environment support experience

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, BitLocker, and endpoint encryption solutions.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and tasks through ServiceNow.
• Support workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Utilize remote support tools such as Bomgar, Remote Desktop (RDP), and similar technologies.
• Ensure timely ticket updates, documentation, and resolution while meeting service level expectations.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and serve as a technical resource for end users.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Travel locally between company locations as needed; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

• 3-5 years of Desktop Support experience within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive.
• Experience with remote support technologies such as Bomgar and RDP.
• Experience supporting virtual meeting platforms, preferably Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Must be flexible and willing to work any shift or schedule as business needs require , including day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Tempe,AZ.
