Overview The Law Offices of Ron Sholes, P.A. is a personal injury law firm with several offices located throughout Northeast Florida. We are recruiting lawyers for our 4th and 8th Circuit efforts. We need motivated leaders who zealously advocate for their clients and are ready for the daily grind of the industry. Job Type Full‑time Responsibilities Handle personal injury cases using management tools. Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Collaborate with clients to discuss case strategies and provide updates on legal proceedings. Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions, applying knowledge of various law areas as needed. Maintain organized case files and documentation for efficient office operations. Qualifications Good standing membership with the Florida Bar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Experience in personal injury law ranging from newly licensed junior associate to senior attorney.
