- Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner
- Creates and updates records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolves office-related issues and responds to requests
- Maintains trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Prints documents and labels for warehouse order processing
- Communicates between shipping and receiving to consolidate orders and shipment status
- Answers emails in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience required; warehouse environment experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
