Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification through the BACB
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention and ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to collect and document behavior data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or other qualified supervisor
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to promote positive behaviors in the classroom and throughout the school
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress and inform future interventions
• Collaborate with educators and other service providers to ensure coordinated care for each student
• Attend team meetings and provide input on student progress and challenges
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that empowers students to achieve their best
