Job Description: Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. Here's what you'll do:

• Manage development team, scope, project schedule
• Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting

solutions to problems * Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines * Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy * Advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development * Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.) * Advise of feasibility of potential future projects to management Here's what you need: * 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations * Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile) Bonus points if you have: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification

• SAFe/Agile certification
• Implementations in cloud environments

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
