What You'll Do

• Source and purchase quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and online marketplaces.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, history reports, and market trends to determine accurate values.
• Negotiate competitive purchase prices while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, wholesalers, and industry partners.
• Monitor local and national market trends to identify high-demand inventory.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure inventory meets customer demand.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive buying, appraisal, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle valuation tools and market pricing.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
