Scope of Work

Concrete Construction Crew Members to join a growing commercial construction team. This role is responsible for setting concrete footings, foundation wall forms, and supporting various concrete construction activities on commercial and industrial projects throughout Wisconsin.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Carpenters / Concrete Construction Crew Members to join a growing commercial construction team. This role is responsible for setting concrete footings, foundation wall forms, and supporting various concrete construction activities on commercial and industrial projects throughout Wisconsin. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and works well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Set concrete footings and wall forms for building foundations
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing activities
• Operate skid loaders, forklifts, hand tools, and small construction equipment
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts (preferred)
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
• Mentor and assist less experienced crew members
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Perform additional construction-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous concrete, carpentry, foundation, or construction experience preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin as project needs require
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $25 to $35 Per Hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
