Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

About the role As a Business Development Representative for the DACH market, you’ll turn warm interest into qualified pipeline and book first meetings that our Account Executives are excited to run. This isn’t just about prospecting — you’ll: Research prospects and understand their business Identify and outreach hotels and their stakeholders Identify real pain points and opportunities Drive structured, high-quality follow-up Set the tone for the entire sales cycle In 2026, Mews raised $300 million in Series D funding, led by EQT Growth, reaching a $2.5 billion valuation . With the company continuing to scale globally and momentum growing across the DACH region, this territory represents one of our most exciting opportunities for expansion. Your mission, should you choose to accept it Present a high-level introduction of Mews to potential clients/prospects. Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails. Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Drive and organise meetings between (prospective) clients and the Sales team. Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) activity and results. Stay up-to-date with all new Mews products/services and new pricing/payment plans. You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you Based in Germany Bilingual in German and English Previous experience within a similar SaaS BDR position. Previous Hospitality experience required. A desire to forge a career in Hospitality Tech Sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced company, both independently or as part of a team. Customer oriented with a mindset focused on being the voice of the customer internally. Highly motivated, structured and organized. Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations. A driver of new ideas and suggestions in order to move the company forward. Outgoing, social, ready to communicate with employees, customers and partners across different countries and different organizational levels. A genuine interest in new technologies that bring innovation in hospitality.
