Project Manager

Onsite LeadResponsibilities Overall delivery-ownership, governance, planning, tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Act as the primary onsite interface between factory team and client application teams Manage application intake, readiness validation, access coordination, and schedule alignment Define upgrade waves by application criticality, technology stack, dependency complexity, and business priority Coordinate with client stakeholders, application owners, security teams, DevOps teams, and release managers Track throughput metrics such as applications assessed, upgrades completed, builds passed, test failures, handovers, and closures Manage risks, blockers, escalations, change windows, and application team dependencies Ensure factory team follows agreed processes, documentation standards, and handover procedures Prepare weekly status reports, steering committee updates, and operational dashboards Support stakeholder communication and escalation resolution Skills Strong project/program management experience in application modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering programs. Understanding of CI/CD, application dependency management, security vulnerability remediation, and release governance. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms Ability to manage distributed onsite/offshore teams The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.
