Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner

We are a large physician-owned group expanding in Hartford, CT. This is an opportunity to join us in working with respiratory patients in a post-acute setting. We offer a flexible schedule, and generous compensation 401k, health insurance, malpractice, CME, etc.

Preferred experience but NOT required:

• Experience working with respiratory patients in an acute, post-acute, or pulmonologist office setting.

• Skilled nursing facility experience.

• Knowledge of respiratory disease states.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.

• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.

• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
