Quality Technician (Entry-Level)

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

The Quality Technician is an entry-level, hands-on Quality Control (QC) role supporting manufacturing and packaging operations. This position inspects filled and unfilled paks to ensure products meet quality, safety, and GMP standards. Ideal for candidates starting a career in manufacturing quality or inspection .

You’ll work on the production floor and in the lab , ensuring products meet quality, safety, and GMP standards while collaborating with Operations and Quality teams.

What You’ll Do

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections
• Use calipers, scales, gauges, and testing equipment
• Record inspection results, defects, and measurements in electronic systems
• Support line start-ups, in-process checks, and final inspections
• Identify and communicate quality issues in real time
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing, quality, inspection, or production experience (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• English required; Spanish is a plus
