Employees are encouraged to explore new tools and processes that improve productivity, enhance the customer experience, and support the company's growth.Our Company's Core Values:IntegrityAccountable & DependableTeam CentricSystem & Process OrientedService EthicOrganized Efficiency - Risk Management & ComplianceYour Impact:Play a key role in ensuring loan files are completed with accuracy and efficiency, upholding compliance standards while enhancing client satisfactionHelp drive the seamless completion of transactions while safeguarding the integrity and reputation of DFS's lending operationsIn This Role You Will:Track, review, and clear post-closing exceptionsContact title companies, attorneys, and other external partners to obtain outstanding trailing documentsMaintain and log received trailing documents in Salesforce and save in All Loans File (ALF)Save and organize documents within the company's loan filing systemPrepare and record assignments of mortgageDeliver loan packages and required documentation to custodiansUpload loan information and documentation for secondary-market buyers and warehouse lendersReview files for completeness and compliance with internal and external requirementsPartner with the Loan Processing team to resolve documentation or compliance issuesMaintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partnersIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and turnaround timesUse company-provided technology, including AI-assisted tools, to improve efficiency and communicationRequirements:Two or more years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, closing, post-closing, title, loan servicing, banking operations, or a related fieldFamiliarity with mortgage and real estate documentationStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify missing or inaccurate informationExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple files, deadlines, and prioritiesProfessional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and ExcelExperience with Salesforce or another loan or customer management system is preferredWillingness to learn new systems, processes, and AI-assisted toolsDependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environmentAI-Enabled Workplace Our company actively incorporates artificial intelligence into daily operations and expects team members to utilize AI tools as part of their standard workflow.
