Trauma-Informed Client Experience Ombudsman

Interfaith Works seeks an Ombudsman/Client Experience Specialist to serve as a neutral resource for program participants in Montgomery County, MD. The role handles grievances, conducts investigations, and identifies systemic issues to improve dignity, fairness, and outcomes across IW programs. The Ombudsman will work with HR, program leadership, QA, Risk Management, and external partners to ensure compliance and accountable, person-centered practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Interfaith Works
