Job Summary We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support Allvue’s B2B SaaS marketing efforts, with a primary focus on digital channels. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across paid media, web, email, and video to support demand generation and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, execution-oriented designer who can work efficiently across multiple formats, including static design and video editing. This role requires the ability to Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Support Design creative assets for paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, display), including variations for testing Create visuals for landing pages, website updates, and email campaigns Support social media and integrated marketing campaigns with on-brand assets Iterate on creative based on performance data and stakeholder feedback Video Production & Editing Edit and produce video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web, incorporating captions, hooks, and light motion graphics to drive engagement Optimize video assets for platform-specific requirements (format, pacing, and performance) Content & Collateral Development Design whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, and other marketing collateral Develop infographics, diagrams, and product visuals to support content initiatives Provide support for event and print materials as needed AI-Enabled Design Workflow Leverage AI tools to accelerate production, generate variations, and improve workflow efficiency Continuously identify opportunities to scale creative output through templates and automation Collaboration & Execution Partner with Digital and Product Marketing teams to execute campaigns Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining brand consistency Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or marketing design Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing assets and video editing capabilities Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience using AI tools in design workflows Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Education/Certifications Bachelors degree in related disclipline preferred What We Offer Health Coverage options along with other voluntary benefits Enterprise Udemy membership with access to thousands of personal and professional development courses 401K with Company match up to 4% or Employee Pension plan Competitive pay and year-end bonus potential Flexible PTO Charitable Donation matching, along with Volunteer and Voting PTO Numerous team-building activities to promote collaboration in a fun and fast-paced work environment EEOC Statement Allvue Systems provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) for all employees and applicants for employment.
