Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting seating equipment at our plant. Your primary focus will be on maintaining electrical components to ensure the smooth operation of our Just-In-Time (JIT) facility. You will work closely with seat assemblers and assist in various facilities around the building to enhance equipment efficiency.

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components to keep the production line moving. Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and 3-phase motors. Utilize tester equipment and manage steam systems such as mini boilers. Collaborate with seat assemblers to ensure equipment efficiency.

5+ years of maintenance experience in an automotive industrial setting. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including rebuilding wires and circuits. Experience with 240V and 480V panels. Pneumatics troubleshooting and diagnosis. Mechanical skills, including working with conveyors, sensors, and motor swaps. Understanding of the PM process and continuous improvement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI. The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $74880.00/yr. UAW Facility Room for Growth and Advancement Large production facility with 1200 employees throughout 3x shifts Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Dental / Vision 401K Plan Life insurance.
