Job Description

Operates manufacturing equipment to ensure production of industrial products in assigned department.

Cuts, prepares, and packages materials for shipment.

Follows blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.

Uses commonly-known concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing/industrial field.

Accountability - Product output meets expectations for quality and completion.

Certifications/Requirements: Hazardous Materials

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous experience in an industrial shop environment.
• Understanding of simple mechanics, lifting devices, and material handling is required.
• Must possess the ability to use simple hand tools and measuring devices.
• Must be able to work autonomously, be a self-starter, and highly adaptable to address rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the following is a plus:
• Using power tools
• Reading blueprints
