We are seeking a results-driven Retail Program Manager to oversee our retail lead generation program inside national home improvement stores. This role leads a team responsible for generating residential HVAC service and system replacement leads through customer engagement in retail environments.

Responsibilities: \n

As a Retail Program Manager , you will lead the retail sales team responsible for promoting HVAC services, heating and air conditioning consultations, and indoor air quality solutions .

  Recruit, train, and manage team members in the retail HVAC lead generation program

\n
• \n

  Manage daily and weekly associate performance, schedules, and activities to achieve lead generation goals

\n
• \n

  Hold regular team meetings to train, motivate, and support retail associates

\n
• \n

  Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership support to retail team members

\n
• \n

  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase HVAC lead generation and retail performance

\n
• \n

  Spend approximately 60–65% of time in the field supporting retail associates and store partnerships

\n
• \n

  Build relationships with retail store managers and home services teams

\n
• \n

  Track and report key performance metrics including leads generated, staffing levels, and retail program performance

\n
• \n

  Organize store events, promotions, and contests to increase customer engagement and lead activity

\n
• \n

  Provide technical updates and training regarding HVAC products, indoor air quality solutions, and seasonal promotions

\n

Qualifications: \n

What You’ll Bring

  Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience

\n
• \n

  Prior experience managing retail teams or field sales teams preferred

\n
• \n

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  Strong customer engagement and sales coaching skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to interpret training materials and support team development

\n
