Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will serve as a core link between our clients and internal operations. You will manage daily client accounts, foster professional relationships, and support strategic account growth initiatives from end to end.
Responsibilities
Maintain and cultivate professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries and account updates.
Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor account performance, prepare standard reporting, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Assist in developing strategy proposals to increase client retention and account expansion.
