ASL Interpreter Consultant

Job Description Provide in person interpreting for families Facilitate communication between parents/caregivers and early intervention staff. Schedule visits for early intervention staff Provide interpreting services for early intervention visits including intake, evaluation and home visits. $25-30 per hour Qualifications Verbal fluency in both English and the language of the specific population served. Interpreting experience preferred Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for in person interpreting services Understanding of interpreter role in encouraging and fostering direct communication between provider and parent/caregiver.
