Responsibilities Develop and manage ad briefs for new marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels. Collaborate with creative partners to produce high-performing ads. Support the creation and optimization of landing pages aligned with campaign strategies. Edit and adapt video content for paid media, social platforms, and website use. Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to execute creative strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Stay up to date with trends and best practices across Facebook advertising and other digital marketing channels. Assist in analyzing creative performance and recommend optimizations. Other duties as assigned. Skills And Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Strong understanding of paid and organic social media, especially Facebook. Experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A creative eye and attention to detail.
