Community Outreach & Case Manager - Adult Mental Health

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking an energetic, dedicated Outreach Specialist/Case Manager to join the Exeter, NH Adult Services team. The role involves coordinating services, providing direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services or the equivalent, and preferably one year of related experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirebridge
