This is an immediate need with the opportunity to overlap with the outgoing Controller to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer. This organization operates on a national scale, delivering physician-led services in post-acute care settings, and has experienced strong growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. Position Overview This role will serve as a hands-on accounting leader, partnering closely with the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support private equity reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has a background in provider or physician services environments. Key Responsibilities Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations in a highly hands-on capacity Lead the month-end close process, including preparation of financial statements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and oversee journal entries Support private equity reporting requirements on a monthly basis using established templates Identify and execute accounting clean‑up activities where necessary Oversee revenue recognition processes, including healthcare‑specific considerations (gross to net calculations) Partner with third‑party vendors overseeing billing and collections functions Manage payroll‑related journal entries #J-18808-Ljbffr your Jared
