Shift & Pay

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, carrier scheduling, and shipment tracking.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and shipping documentation.
• Process UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations through material handling, ERP transactions, and equipment inspections.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to safely load, unload, move, and handle materials throughout the facility.
• Comfortable using computers or ERP systems for inventory and shipping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with paperwork, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Familiarity with forklifts or willingness to learn forklift operation.
• Experience working in GMP, food manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Inventory control, supply management, or freight coordination experience.
• Knowledge of SQF, FDA, or quality-focused manufacturing standards is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
